What better can one ask for than a great eatery which serves not only delicious traditional Mexican food, but is fast, friendly, and is open to all. The namesake ("Cafeteria Saul" is now "Saul Jr. Cafeteria") is actually one of my students in the Ysleta Independent School district, and he specifically invited me. I had a chile relleno burrito and it was great.Really liked the way they toasted the tortilla.....just perfect and the chile was mild enough to enjoy. Also want to mention that with relleno burritos, sometime you will take a bite and the whole chile will pull out ;) ... not here, it's chosen carefully, every bite comes off like it should. :) Paid like 3.50 + tax.
