“I came for lunch and had a salad. Raul saw me and very kindly asked me if i wanted a cup of water. Wow! If this is not amazing customer service then i dont know what is. He gaved me a smile and a cup of water so i wouldn't choke on my salad. These little things matter so much. Thank you!“

“Can't say enough good about the place. Always clean, attentive, courteous, friendly and accommodating. Food is consistently good and out fairly quickly regardless of the time of day and traffic. Enjoy the game nights, theme nights and pictures with Santa which is became a family tradition.“

“The service is amazing! The workers are quick and nice, but I'd love to highlight how amazing the managers are. Im not sure whether they are managers or not, but there was a woman dressed nicely named Joy walking around giving everyone their food and had such a kind, sweet personality. She told us to let her know if we need refills and gave my 6 year old some coloring pages and a cow hat, she was amazing! I also had a great experience the last time I came with the operator who was so friendly and quick with everything!“
“The quality of the food, i.e. the size of the chicken and cook, is much better than the other locations I've been to; although the overall size of the sandwich has shrunk 😕. The staff is much more attentive as well. Thank you for serving well! 🙏🏾“
“Today, on August 28, 2024, I had an unfortunate experience at the Chick-fil-A East Lake Horizon City location. They forgot the eight-piece nuggets in my meal and also made my drink incorrectly. It was a great inconvenience to have to drive back to the store. However, I must commend the manager, Abe, who greatly assisted me in resolving the issues. He replaced the food and handled the situation professionally. While this Chick-fil-A has made mistakes in the past, I appreciate the effort made by Abe. Because of Abe I'm willing to give them another shot. I'm writing this review in hopes that they can improve their performance and services moving forward. I’m giving the store a 4 star review but Abe gets a 5 star review.“
“I want to mention Andrea. Today I was having an extremely hard day and, honestly, I couldn’t hold back my tears while ordering my food\. I was going through some personal things and was having a really difficult moment.
Andrea was incredibly warm, and comforting.She took my order with genuine kindness and even added a cookie for me I know that may seem like a small gesture, but in that moment, it meant SO much to me. It genuinely made my day a little brighter when I really needed it.
I really hope her management sees this and recognizes Andrea for the kind of employee she is Employees like her are what make Chick-fil

“JD helped us out and was very attentive to us. He made our Friday night and I believe is the embodiment of what Chick-fil-A is. He was even cracking jokes and talking to us about Star Wars and whatnot. (I was wearing a Darth Vader shirt)That kid deserves a raise!
