“Well, it was my first time, and I'm not sure why the hype. I gotta keep it 💯 . Basically expensive Panda Express. I ordered the chicken fried rice and just didn't have any flavor behind it. Tried the Orange chicken, and it was alright. No doubt the food was served fast. I was surprised. The tables are clean and the staff are nice. The birthday celebration is pretty cool. I would say try it out.“

I'm usually a takeout person, but tonight we decided to eat dinner at the bar, and it was a great choice. Jacobo was an excellent bartender and server, and the dragon margarita was extremely impressive. We spent some time discussing upcoming birthdays with him, and he made ours extra special by helping us celebrate with a very cute gluten-free dessert.

I'm not sure there's enough money in the world for me to have to talk to people for a living, but most of them aren't as personable as this young bartender.“

“We got ourselves a feast to-go last night - Best Chinese food we’ve had since Chicago’s Chinatown! I think we’ve found our new spot. We liked the General Tso’s chicken, the spicy cumin beef, the steamed gyoza, the cream cheese wontons, and the Szechuan style beef sliced noodles soup! Next time, we’ll have to add one of the desserts.“

“I have never had so much quality food for the small amount of money that this cost. I was able to feed four people for $25 with the takeout I received. The Lady that works there is a peach. I will Not be going to any other Chinese food place, but this.“

“Tried another place up the street and we never had a server check on us so we ended up here. There was 4 of us and everyone was VERY happy with our selection. Everything is fresh and and served piping hot. The owner/chef was great, explained how it was prepared. The menu selections where a little over whelming it was had to decide what we wanted. “In a city like El Paso with limited Korean BBQ options, Korea House stands at the top for the closest authentic Korean cuisine experience. This has been a family owned restaurant for years and my grandmother introduced me to it when I first got stationed in El Paso years ago. She immigrated from Korea many years ago and made sure to stop at Korea House any chance that she had. If you are looking to try Korean food for the first time, I highly recommend Korea House.“

Maybe they make their $$ on takeout because let me tell you their meals/food are DELICIOUS!! Every plate tastes different unlike other Asian places where no matter what you order you still can taste the same grease/oil from the previous meal that was cooked. No, No not OG Chan’s, here you will get a different taste on every plate, every meal that you order. My wife ordered the Mongolian Beef plate and I ordered the Szechuan chicken and they, for the first time, did not taste the same. Cooked on different grill tops. The taste of the food is Awesome. Every meal has its own unique taste. It’s the only way to describe it. The staff is very friendly and will remember your face pretty quickly once you become a regular. It’s quiet here and cozy and the prices are very reasonable. We now bring our granddaughter ( 8 ) there and her favorite is the Chicken Lo Mein. For an 8 year old to almost eat a full sized adult dinner meal, that’s impressive. That’s how good the food is here. You won’t regret eating here. Oh, don’t let the first impression of the place throw you off. I almost turned around and left. Would have been my biggest regret.“

“We’re from Albuquerque and everytime we have a trip to El Paso we have to stop at Moo Goo! They have the best Chinese food that we’ve had anywhere. The portions are great and the workers are very friendly. Their egg drop soup is AMAZING. I can seriously keep going on about this place.“

“I've never really considered Shan Dong, drive buy it all the time and judging from the out side you would most likely keep driving. We decided to stop in for take out, the inside is very nice and spacious, nicely greeted, very simple menu, great prices, the host offered complimentary tea while we waited for the order, we were surprised there was only one box of fried rice for 2 orders but looking at the top of the box it was marked fried rice × 2, but that's okay the box was stuffed with rice, plenty for 2 meals, I plan on returning soon for the sit down experience.“

“Pro: The food taste is very authentic. The rice was great and the sauce on the Mongolian beef was great. The tea was refreshing and the egg drop was warm and delicious.

Cons: The was only one server for the food, for checking out and refills. It was hard on them and also we got only one refill. The place seems a bit gloomy and maybe better lighting would be great.“

“I recently started eating Peking again. There was a time when the food suffered in quality and freshness but that seems to have passed. I truly only go for the lunch special. It's a great deal and includes an egg roll. I absolutely love the Hot and Sour soup and think it's the BEST in El Paso. For my lunch meal and a soup plus tip I pay $15. I don't really like eating there but I do enjoy the service when I order for pick up. They always include sauces and fortune cookies with your meal as well as utensils and napkins. I'm always happy with meal and typically have leftovers. As far as recommending a specific order I really enjoy the beef and broccoli as well as the sesame chicken. I usually ask for white rice not fried. And again HOT AND SOUR SOUP!“

“My fav Chinese food in Downtown. In a great convenient location.
One can shop and eat here. The wings are delicious and sweet and savory, the red wings are hot and both are done with an original recipe that I believe goes back to the 1990s or older, because I remember as a little kid my mom used to buy me Chinese from here, and it tastes the same. The rice is 10/10.

Some folks like saving their change, some people dont, but never assume. Im sure if my order came out to 10.93, and I always gave 10.91, I wonder if you would allow that to slide, specially if it was continuous.“

“We have been going to this place since mi granddaughter was in kindergarten, now she is about to enter early college and we haven't been able to find a better place than this one! The noodles here are awesome! We went to California and were expecting to find the same noodles, not at all! Not there, not here, not anywhere else! Just in this place! “I love this location because it is always busy, so that your food is freshly cooked. They give big scoops always, and I like all the dishes. The service is very good, friendly and professional still. Nataly and Diana are the best, Im sure the rest of the team is amazing too, I just didnt have chance to know all the names.“
