Found this hidden gem today, one word: fantastic. Best pork fried rice I ever had. Big portion and all food is made to order and fresh. Their habaneros sauce is so delicious. This is now my only spot I will be getting this type of food.

Hongda Chinese Restaurant is a charming local spot, ideal for both dine-in and takeout. The owner provides excellent service and makes really good recommendations. The "Melon Ice Bar" is a must-try. There is only one chef but he works hard and takes pride in his cooking. The food is not prepared until you order it, so there might be a slight delay, but the delicious and generously-portioned food is well worth the wait. With great taste and a lot of options on the menu, it offers a very good Chinese dining experience.
