Dutch Bros Coffee is a welcoming coffee shop where customers can expect kind and friendly service. The staff goes above and beyond to make each experience enjoyable, from helping with orders to creating personalized drinks. The menu offers a variety of options, such as the strawberry lemonade and the golden eagle latte with oatmilk. Customers may have the opportunity to pay it forward and brighten someone's day.
The staff is described as energetic and positive, providing great customer service. Customers enjoy the coffee and appreciate the friendly atmosphere. While the vehicle entry and exit can be a bit awkward, it's worth the wait to get their "caffeinated fix" from the menu, which has options for those with dietary restrictions, like the sf annihilator.
