I was from out of town and there were a few days. Each day the line was always long with at least 7 or more cars in line. I would spend anywhere from 15 to 20 min just in line. Only one day there was a person who came outside to take the order and it took. We were in like for about 10 min and then someone came outside. I had such a sweet experience recently at this location. The girl that took my order through the drive thru was very friendly, welcoming and sweet. I let her know I was a “first timer” and even though they had a long line she managed to turn my frown upside down. I had a Golden Eagle with caramel and chocolate drizzle on top which was delicious! 10x better than Starbucks! You guys just acquired a new customer ?

Our usual coffee stop but today Vanessa took our order for the first time and surprised our kids with shakes she was so incredibly kind went above and beyond any customer service I’ve ever experienced. Our toddlers like to roll down the window and say hi and she was the first person who’s ever acknowledged them and talked with them too. It made their day, best customer service ever :)
