I went the next day to explain the main manager.. and both managers were very polite and kind.. I got some wings instead of the New Pizza and gave me soda too! “Not sure how to rate an atmosphere that is just pick-up or delivery but Papa Johns service and food has been improving again. Tonight there was confusion on my order, probably my fault and they corrected it for free and let me keep the mistake. I know their quality and customer service has been a roller coaster ride at best but something is changing because tonight was a great experience. Kudos.“

“Giving five stars not because of pizza (which from Papas is always a solid 3) but because of great customer service today from manager. He called me immediately after placing online order to lmk they were out of GF crust and took care of canceling my order.
I immediately placed a 2nd order using a different special code since we couldn't order GF and it arrived very quickly and nice and hot.“
