“All was good. Food was good until I got a eyelash in my side dush. Showed it to a manager and her reply was it doesn't look like a eyelash lol I was going to tell her when its covered in white stuff it won't look like what u want it to look like lol. Simple mistake but I kept an eye lol of my second side as I was eating it. First time eating at this location hopefully not my last.“
“The best chicken place in all of El Paso, without a doubt. Alejandro and Brandon are the best workers, I don’t understand why they aren’t managers yet. They also have the most handsome cooks in all of Texas. The managers are incredibly kind and always help you out. Everyone there definitely deserves a raise.“

I KNOW MOST FAST-FOOD PLACES DO NOT PAY NEAR WHAT THESE WORKERS DESERVE, BUT I SURE KNOW WHEN I SEE A WORKER THAT DESERVES TOP PAY AND THESE TWO LADIES ARE IT!
I HAVE FOUND OUT, AS A BUSINESS OWNER, THAT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, AND THAT IS WHY MOST OF THESE WORKERS IN FAST FOOD STORES REALLY DON'T CARE.
THE WAGE THEY'RE PAID IS PEANUTS TO THE WORKLOAD THEY ARE TASKED WITH!“
“I went to Popeye's on the way to work August 5th I was so disappointed they got my order wrong I wanted three specials and they were only going to give me one I also ordered a sauce honey barbecue and they gave me a different one I was shorted an order I asked for 3 and I got two Tuesday special I was very disappointed ☹️“

“Food is good.Service is good, worker took our order incorrectly but gave us great customer service, he apologized for making the mistake and told us he would fix it because it was an error on his part. But as we waited for our order the girl manager started yelling at him in front of all the customers and told him she doesn't care if he did an error that unless I pay for it she won't give us the rest, long story short he charged me for regular fries when I asked for family fries not a big deal, guy was super nice about it. But I felt bad for the way he was treated. She called my order up and told me I'm not giving you bigger fries if you don't pay for them. I told her I didn't mind paying for it,To the worker thank you for all your hard work,Managers attitude was garbage!!My elderly mom who was with me was shocked at how bad of a service the girl manager gives.“

“I had a really great experience at Popeye's on Montana by the Walmart I did arrive minutes before closing, Eileen my cashier she gave me great customer service she didn't hesitate to ask the manager to drop fresh chicken she even provided me with fresh fries and fresh biscuits the wait was 15 minutes but it was totally worth it I'm very happy and very satisfied with my service and Eileen made me feel welcome and the chicken was awesome store number 12104 is the best I wasn't able to make the survey online so I'm taking my time to make this review can't wait to go back and eat there the restaurant is always clean specially the restrooms the outside parking lot is always nice and neat no trash and the drive the drive through time is not a long time I am very happy cashier Eileen should get a high five!!“
“Staff were friendly which is one of the things I look for people in customer service. There was a slight problem with my order but the supervisor/manager immediately took care of it. The chicken was crispy compared to other chicken restaurants/fast food restaurants that I tried thus far in El Paso. I was surprised. If we’re not in tight budget, I would have gone back for dinner.😁“
