Whent through the drive thru and ordered the eight piece spicy chicken. When I arrived home I found eight burnt pieces, most of which were wings with a lot of feathers still on them. The entire box was disgusting! I tried to call them but the phone just rang until it or they hung up. Definitely a waste of money.
Web ordering did not work. App worked. Placed order ahead. Doors not open, although app states that you can pick up in store or at drive through. 25 minutes total wait time. Wrote this review while waiting. Gave more than one star because staff friendly.
