“Today I had to go in with my daughter to get a pup cup for my service dog I had to put to rest today. I don’t know your name sweetie, but thank you for helping my daughter and I today it was the hardest order I ever had to make and you did it with grace and dignity. “The staff are always kind and patient and accommodating. They get what customer service is about. This and other Starbucks uphold the company standards. If I arrive way too late for my online order they offer to make a fresh coffee for me! What the heck!? I like the app and that ability to earn points and apply them as discounts to future purchases. “If I could give them more stars I would. The friendliest baristas work here. Mitchell, Jessie, Ariel, Ruby and Calie. They all treat customers like family. The quality of my drinks and food is the best. I've been to other locations when I'm not close to this one, and it's just not the same. “It is very rare when I give more than 3 stars to a Starbucks, since for the most part they are all the same, the structure, preparation, location, etc. changes. ☕️

But on this occasion the customer service was what made me return, there is a barista they called Jojo's, he has been very friendly, always with a smile and recommending different drinks🙏🏻“

“My Barista Jose was AMAZING! I had no idea what to get and he gladly recommended me his favorite drinks and surprised me with the best coffee i’ve ever had in my life ! “I’ve ordered several times from this location on DoorDash and wasn’t able to customize my drink. I called the store two days in a row and asked for extra vanilla sweet cream and the employee was extremely rude. He said I needed to make the request on the app and when I said the option wasn’t available he argued that he sees modifications everyday so he knows it’s there. Day two he was even more argumentative and said Ma’am if we’re busy we’re not gonna answer the phone. Said he’d show the delivery driver how to show me how to use the app implying I didn’t know how but driver never shown either. Today I used the actual SB app and called and spoke with Nicolas. Very patient and kind tried walking me through my order and apologized for the other employees attitude. You need more Nicolas’s and please find out who that other gentleman is and don’t ever let him work with customers because he’s terrible at it and he’s gonna drive away your business. Thank you so much Nicholas for being so kind you need a raise.“

“As I entered the building, Anaiz welcomed me kindly. She attended me immediately. She was patient and took the initiative to help me with my drink ,preparing it herself to make sure I got what I wanted. The drink was the best I've ever had. Wish the world had more people like her. “PLEASE have the property management fix the broken speed bumps leading into your parking lot. They have been there for a couple of months now and look potentially hazardous to tires. I avoid driving in there lately which means I am avoiding your business. (No complains about this Starbucks, everyone is great!)

“I had a chaotic day at work and went to another Starbucks to order my usual order. I got my order drove off and half way to my destination I tasted it. It was awful tasted like gasoline. I decided to stop by this location as its my usual Starbucks and was close to my final destination to ask if it was possible for them to remake it (which was not their mistake or responsibility) when I asked I told them it was ok if they had to charge me but the woman on the speaker was quickly interrupted by who I assume to be the manager and he said he would absolutely remake it. When I got the coffee it was DELICIOUS like it usually is. Both of them showed amazing customer service for remaking my drink and I appreciated it so much after my crazy day at the hospital. Thank you :)“

“One of my favorites, my go to when traveling or near home between office and home. Enjoy the app and incentives and point system. Keeps me engaged and allows me to keep coming back and trying new things whether it be treats, teas, coffees or merchandise.“

“I would easily give this place 5 stars if it wasn't for the drivethru issue of people cutting the line. It's a very easy simple fix, put someone there to tell people cutting to go around and get in line. There shouldn't be a line going into the stop signs anyway. The one at Airway does it so well. Other than that the people and quality is great.“

“My visit on Starbucks Sunland Park & Mesa was pleasant. The baristas are amazing, the atmosphere is comfortable, and my drink was given to me as I requested it to be. “This visit made my day! Jackie at the drive thru was so patient and nice not rude at all, i had a vision for a new recipe and they perfected it. Usually i never have issues with the drinks anyways but its the hospitality that gets me. At first when the i asked the lady at the window for the name of the person who took my order they all got on edge. Im not a karen, im a karinaaa( im mexican). “From the moment I entered this location it was nothing but positive vibes. Very peaceful atmosphere. I appreciated how this employee in the picture greeted me immediately. I felt led welcome and appreciated for coming into this location. She was very helpful and polite. I even went back in to order some items for my husband and she was very cheerful. Our interaction made my experience that much better. She actually made me laugh because she thought the review about her was going to be bad. I hope she enjoys this picture and she gets the recognition she deserves. As you can see in the picture she smiles like she actually enjoys being there. “The staff is really really nice. I love the fact that they keep this starbucks clean. When I came in they were cleaning the tables and windows, and sweeping the floor. I like that I can feel confortable enough to, if I need to, leave my seat for a second and head to the restroom, knowing my stuff will be there when I come back. The staff always greets with a smile and I noticed they work as fast and efficiently as they can. I always customize my drinks and they always get it to perfection.“

“i saw the absolute most sweetest interaction during a launch! this young lady name maryann, helped a lady with her cups. the ladies cards were not going through cause her bank froze her card cause she was traveling so maryann decided to take help and help pay for the remaining amount for this sweet lady! that is some kindness i have not seen in sooo long. she did it with no hesitation and honestly it's such a change to see such kindness at this location. i will be calling the store tomorrow to tell the managers about what she did because that was honestly such a sweet thing she did.“

“This location is always SUPER busy, so all the more reason I appreciate the happy notes on the cups lately. It's something they don't *have to do* but are doing extra. 🙂 The drive thru seems to provide faster service than going inside to order.

Four stars only because the immediate parking spots in front of this location are horribly place in relation to the drive thru exit. It's better to park in the larger part of the lot and get a few extra steps.“

“Place was crowded, had a little bit of a wait. Located inside a strip mall, there is lots of shopping to see and do. Staff always makes me feel rushed no matter what location. Decided to drive thru since parking lot is highly congested surrounding Starbucks.

Parking: This Starbucks is located on the expansive parking lot that houses multiple business's in a big strip mall. Hardest part is getting onto the lot considering there is multiple directional traffic to look out for. Starbucks is a sharp right into the lot making it harrowing occasionally when it's busy.“

“Thomas is the man… the only complaint I’ve ever had was my Pike Coffee being cold or cool because of the cream that’s added. Well for the first time ever , this young man, asked me and warmed the cream so my coffee stayed hot 🔥 the way it should be! He deserves a medal 🏅 for this! Couldn’t have asked for anything better! “Talking about Starbucks, that is to say, good, quality coffee and its brand products that distinguish its growth from the market. With a very well located place and with the typical decoration of the company, they make this place a very good place to not only drink coffee, but also to chat with friends and spend a pleasant time with acquaintances. “This is my favorite location. The barista’s are wonderful. The food and drinks are perfect and if by chance they’re not, they will remake it the way you want it😀 I love the customer service at this location.
