“Excellent location. I like the ambience of this place. It has a nice atmosphere to meet people or to have a social talk. Drinks are typical starbucks, nothing fancy, just a sugary coffee drink to satisfy your sweet tooth. Staff is friendly, fast and efficient. They have decent selection of bakery items, sandwiches and lunch boxes. Plenty of free parking around. They have a very nice outdoor seating area, which is excellent in less sunny days when the weather is not too hot. I would come here again. I enjoy the vibes of this place.“

“If I could give them more stars I would. The friendliest baristas work here. Mitchell, Jessie, Ariel, Ruby and Calie. They all treat customers like family. The quality of my drinks and food is the best. I've been to other locations when I'm not close to this one, and it's just not the same. “Today I had to go in with my daughter to get a pup cup for my service dog I had to put to rest today. “It is very rare when I give more than 3 stars to a Starbucks, since for the most part they are all the same, the structure, preparation, location, etc. changes. ☕️

But on this occasion the customer service was what made me return, there is a barista they called Jojo's, he has been very friendly, always with a smile and recommending different drinks🙏🏻“

“As always, Starbucks knocks it out of the park. I usually don't go in for chain restaurants or cafes or even coffee shops, preferring to experience local fare. However, Starbucks is the exception. Somehow they've mastered the art of the coffee shop experience. The handcrafted drinks are great (if yours isn't great - Starbucks policy is to make you another one that is. All you have to do is ask), the food is actually good, and the atmosphere is relaxing. When traveling and seeking out new experiences, Starbucks is like visiting home. “As I entered the building, Anaiz welcomed me kindly. She attended me immediately. She was patient and took the initiative to help me with my drink ,preparing it herself to make sure I got what I wanted. The drink was the best I've ever had. Wish the world had more people like her. For she didn't just prepare a drink for me. She brought light to my dark world. By treating me like a human. Thank you Anaiz for existing.

“Coffee is always great. Prices are high but we have known that forever lol there is no sense in complaint about that. Services is a hit or miss depending if the barristas are in a good mood. My favorite store where I have never had bad services is Lee Trevino. Whether I was there at 4:30 am or 10 pm! Great service. The food is ok, just ok and that’s ok. If you need a quick and pricy snack then splurge.

My go to orders.

Mocha Frappuccino with light caramel drizzle and sea salt on the whip cream. $5

Medium flat white $4.50

Trenta peach green tea lemonade with just one pump of sweater $6

“I would easily give this place 5 stars if it wasn't for the drivethru issue of people cutting the line. It's a very easy simple fix, put someone there to tell people cutting to go around and get in line. There shouldn't be a line going into the stop signs anyway. The one at Airway does it so well. Other than that the people and quality is great.“

“Always stop in to the Starbucks inside Albertsons.Angie Mendoza always makes my drink perfect. Her professionalism and attention to detail make this Albertsons especially welcoming.I was a diehard Starbucks fan and only visited the standalone stores until I came across this location and Angie made me the perfect flat white.With her suggestions and knowledge of flavor combinations I will always come back to this store!“

“I had a chaotic day at work and went to another Starbucks to order my usual order. I got my order drove off and half way to my destination I tasted it. It was awful tasted like gasoline. I decided to stop by this location as its my usual Starbucks and was close to my final destination to ask if it was possible for them to remake it (which was not their mistake or responsibility) when I asked I told them it was ok if they had to charge me but the woman on the speaker was quickly interrupted by who I assume to be the manager and he said he would absolutely remake it. When I got the coffee it was DELICIOUS like it usually is. Both of them showed amazing customer service for remaking my drink and I appreciated it so much after my crazy day at the hospital. Thank you :)“

“My sister and I felt uncomfortable with what seemed to be a homeless man who was in there, and he kept staring at us. He then went to the bathroom area, and even though we needed to use the bathroom, we didn't because we didn't feel safe.“

“The staff is really really nice. I love the fact that they keep this starbucks clean. When I came in they were cleaning the tables and windows, and sweeping the floor. I like that I can feel confortable enough to, if I need to, leave my seat for a second and head to the restroom, knowing my stuff will be there when I come back. The staff always greets with a smile and I noticed they work as fast and efficiently as they can. I always customize my drinks and they always get it to perfection.“

“Are the coffee preparers at Starbucks really that out of it in the morning? I ordered a cappuccino and on the sticker on the cup it said exactly what I ordered to only see I've been given just a warm cup of milk when arriving to work. “Ryan/Steven was amazing. I placed an order and they didn’t have one of the ingredients. Idk if he could tell i was having a rough morning but he told me to wait a bit while he walked to the other location in a different concourse to get what was needed. That made my morning! He was so helpful and i appreciate his effort. Thank you!!!“

“I am in town for work and have had the time and pleasure to order my coffee with Justice and her crew. Every individual in the restaurant and service industry should take a page from Justice's customer service example. I wish I could take this Starbucks with me back to NC!

“PLEASE have the property management fix the broken speed bumps leading into your parking lot. They have been there for a couple of months now and look potentially hazardous to tires. I avoid driving in there lately which means I am avoiding your business. (No complains about this Starbucks, everyone is great!)

“This location is always SUPER busy, so all the more reason I appreciate the happy notes on the cups lately. It's something they don't *have to do* but are doing extra. 🙂 The drive thru seems to provide faster service than going inside to order.

Four stars only because the immediate parking spots in front of this location are horribly place in relation to the drive thru exit. It's better to park in the larger part of the lot and get a few extra steps.“

“i saw the absolute most sweetest interaction during a launch! this young lady name maryann, helped a lady with her cups. the ladies cards were not going through cause her bank froze her card cause she was traveling so maryann decided to take help and help pay for the remaining amount for this sweet lady! that is some kindness i have not seen in sooo long. she did it with no hesitation and honestly it's such a change to see such kindness at this location. i will be calling the store tomorrow to tell the managers about what she did because that was honestly such a sweet thing she did.“

“I needed a little break from work. I am glad I came when I did. they were closing at 3 PM. I know it is a satellite campus so they don't always have everything stand alone cafes have. but closing at 3 PM on a Friday seems a little early...they did surprise me with the mini frap though. thought it was pretty cute.“

“Place was crowded, had a little bit of a wait. Located inside a strip mall, there is lots of shopping to see and do. Staff always makes me feel rushed no matter what location. Decided to drive thru since parking lot is highly congested surrounding Starbucks.

Parking: This Starbucks is located on the expansive parking lot that houses multiple business's in a big strip mall. Hardest part is getting onto the lot considering there is multiple directional traffic to look out for. Starbucks is a sharp right into the lot making it harrowing occasionally when it's busy.“

“The staff that works at this Starbucks are the best! They are so friendly and welcoming. They were so helpful in giving me information on how to get my hands on new merchandise and I was able to see their passion for the business and for customers! I appreciate their kindness so much.“

“Went this past Thursday morning for the launch of the holiday drinks. Paola was extremely helpful in recommending a drink for me and was very welcoming since the moment I walked in. It is very hard to find good customer service nowadays, but it seemed like second nature to her. “This is my favorite location. The barista’s are wonderful. The food and drinks are perfect and if by chance they’re not, they will remake it the way you want it😀 I love the customer service at this location.
