“I came in on Friday for my bogo deal , while waiting for my drinks I heard the baristas asking the manager for help and she continued to sit and talk with a friend, felt so bad for how busy they were I left a big tip☹️ the drinks were great tho!“

“When I went in the workers there were extremely nice and welcoming! I talked to a girl named Jailene there and Jessica (I think was her name) and they recommended me some really good drinks. I’m so happy, their service was great, and I will be coming back often! :)“

“This Starbucks is hands down one of the best in the area! You can tell the difference as soon as you walk in. It’s clean, organized, and the energy is always good. The team is friendly, fast, and actually cares about getting your order right (which says a lot these days).

“If I could give them more stars I would. The friendliest baristas work here. Mitchell, Jessie, Ariel, Ruby and Calie. They all treat customers like family. The quality of my drinks and food is the best. I've been to other locations when I'm not close to this one, and it's just not the same. “PLEASE have the property management fix the broken speed bumps leading into your parking lot. They have been there for a couple of months now and look potentially hazardous to tires. I avoid driving in there lately which means I am avoiding your business. (No complains about this Starbucks, everyone is great!)

“I’ve ordered several times from this location on DoorDash and wasn’t able to customize my drink. I called the store two days in a row and asked for extra vanilla sweet cream and the employee was extremely rude. He said I needed to make the request on the app and when I said the option wasn’t available he argued that he sees modifications everyday so he knows it’s there. Day two he was even more argumentative and said Ma’am if we’re busy we’re not gonna answer the phone. Said he’d show the delivery driver how to show me how to use the app implying I didn’t know how but driver never shown either. Today I used the actual SB app and called and spoke with Nicolas. Very patient and kind tried walking me through my order and apologized for the other employees attitude. You need more Nicolas’s and please find out who that other gentleman is and don’t ever let him work with customers because he’s terrible at it and he’s gonna drive away your business. Thank you so much Nicholas for being so kind you need a raise.“

“I went in a few days ago and had one of the best experiences at a Starbucks. The staff was VERY friendly despite being pretty busy. Genesis, who was the manager on duty, was also very kind and offered drink options as I was indecisive. I will for sure be returning in the near future.“

“This place has been the best Starbucks I ever been to in my whole life. I was there on Saturday and they were really busy in the morning and still they tried to give all the customers the attention we all want, the two people that were in bar were so nice and tried to smile at everyone and plus they were trying to go as fast as they could, the girl who took my order was patient and really nice. I’m not from El Paso but I will for sure visit this specific location every time I come visit.“

I felt led welcome and appreciated for coming into this location. She was very helpful and polite. I even went back in to order some items for my husband and she was very cheerful. Our interaction made my experience that much better. She actually made me laugh because she thought the review about her was going to be bad. Despite the unexpected physical exertion, the destination offered exceptional service. Furthermore, the coffee provided was an absolutely delightful experience. Ultimately, the entire experience proved to be incredibly rewarding.“

“I had a chaotic day at work and went to another Starbucks to order my usual order. I got my order drove off and half way to my destination I tasted it. It was awful tasted like gasoline. I decided to stop by this location as its my usual Starbucks and was close to my final destination to ask if it was possible for them to remake it (which was not their mistake or responsibility) when I asked I told them it was ok if they had to charge me but the woman on the speaker was quickly interrupted by who I assume to be the manager and he said he would absolutely remake it. When I got the coffee it was DELICIOUS like it usually is. Both of them showed amazing customer service for remaking my drink and I appreciated it so much after my crazy day at the hospital. “The staff is really really nice. I love the fact that they keep this starbucks clean. When I came in they were cleaning the tables and windows, and sweeping the floor. I like that I can feel confortable enough to, if I need to, leave my seat for a second and head to the restroom, knowing my stuff will be there when I come back. The staff always greets with a smile and I noticed they work as fast and efficiently as they can. I always customize my drinks and they always get it to perfection.“

“i saw the absolute most sweetest interaction during a launch! this young lady name maryann, helped a lady with her cups. the ladies cards were not going through cause her bank froze her card cause she was traveling so maryann decided to take help and help pay for the remaining amount for this sweet lady! that is some kindness i have not seen in sooo long. she did it with no hesitation and honestly it's such a change to see such kindness at this location. i will be calling the store tomorrow to tell the managers about what she did because that was honestly such a sweet thing she did.“

“Place was crowded, had a little bit of a wait. Located inside a strip mall, there is lots of shopping to see and do. Staff always makes me feel rushed no matter what location. Decided to drive thru since parking lot is highly congested surrounding Starbucks.

Parking: This Starbucks is located on the expansive parking lot that houses multiple business's in a big strip mall. Hardest part is getting onto the lot considering there is multiple directional traffic to look out for. Starbucks is a sharp right into the lot making it harrowing occasionally when it's busy.“

“Always stop in to the Starbucks inside Albertsons.Angie Mendoza always makes my drink perfect. Her professionalism and attention to detail make this Albertsons especially welcoming.I was a diehard Starbucks fan and only visited the standalone stores until I came across this location and Angie made me the perfect flat white.With her suggestions and knowledge of flavor combinations I will always come back to this store!“

“Even though this is a campus Starbucks and not corporate owned, this starbucks is always very fast and relatively busy. The employees here don't get tips even though they should! The only negative comment I have to make about this location is that they are always out of stock of things I like to order, when I have my classes in the evening, which is actually understandable and reasonable.“

“Thomas is the man… the only complaint I’ve ever had was my Pike Coffee being cold or cool because of the cream that’s added. Well for the first time ever , this young man, asked me and warmed the cream so my coffee stayed hot 🔥 the way it should be! He deserves a medal 🏅 for this! Couldn’t have asked for anything better! “The first walk up Starbucks I've ever been to, and was pleasantly greeted by one of the girls at the window, very polite, friendly and cute. Helped me out with my order. With a very well located place and with the typical decoration of the company, they make this place a very good place to not only drink coffee, but also to chat with friends and spend a pleasant time with acquaintances. “Valerie took my order. Great customer service. She was genuine and seemed to be in a good/happy mood. As I waited for my coffee, a young lady with dark long hair was the opposite. I was the only one waiting. She walked by and placed the coffee on the counter. She never looked at me and just kept walking as she placed the coffee on the counter. I believe she literally mumbled. So I could make out was pumpkin. She sounded half asleep. I told Valerie that the others need to learn how to be polite in the morning. Valerie gets 5 stars!! Thanx Valerie!“

“This particular location has always made every single drink perfectly, and timely- I never have to wait around for a mobile order, they’re always on it! They used to have fun games etc inside for when you are dining/drinking in, but have taken them away sadly. Even with that, one of the best Starbucks for their drink accuracy and timeliness I’ve ever been to!“
