“Love this downtown location, they have a 30 minute parking zone and I just go in and out. They also validate parking at weststar tower however that short term parking works great! It's my lunch fix without breaking the bank. Also, the crew here is amazing, genuine smile and friendliness.“
“My kids really like this place, but I’ve only had sips of their smoothies and they’ve been good. I didn’t have time to eat lunch so I decided to order a smoothie that they always get - the peanut paradise. Mine had tons of ice chunks in it so I couldn’t even sip the smoothie through the straw. This got super annoying bc I was starving and limited on time and just wanted to slurp it up and instead, I would try to sip and it nothing would come up the straw. It also didn’t have much flavor at all, which is not how it tasted when I sipped from my kids in the past. I think I they used too much ice? This was my first experience ordering something for myself so it was unfortunate that it didn’t hit, but I would try it again bc hopefully, this was just a random bad experience.
UPDATE: I went back today to claim my free smoothie for joining the app and ordered the same peanut paradise and it was delicious and flavorful and without ice chunks!“

“Had an awesome experience at Tropical Smoothie today during Flip Flop Day! Huge shoutout to Jacob, Glenda, Lester, Kaitlyn, and especially Leilani for making my visit so enjoyable. Everyone was friendly, funny, helpful, and created such a positive atmosphere from the moment I walked in.
I stopped by after a long day at work and a tough gym session, and honestly, this team completely turned my day around. Way to make my Friday afternoon! Great customer service, great attitudes, and a team that genuinely seems to care about their customers. Tropical Smoothie is lucky to have them. I’ll definitely be back!“
“Great experience! I never had tropical smoothie before and I went on 3/11 and LOVED IT. Not only was my smoothie good but the girl who helped me was so so sweet. I didn’t get her name but I asked to speak to a manager because I was interested in working here and she said it was her. Great service very welcoming greeted me with a smile. I would definitely recommend this location.“

“I recently visited the Tropical Smoothie location at The Fountains at Farah, and I was genuinely blown away by Starr’s exceptional service. Did she do anything extraordinarily out-of-the-way for me personally? No—and that’s what made it so impressive. What she did do was single-handedly manage a chaotic stream of tasks with absolute grace.
While I waited for my order, I watched her seamlessly take walk-in orders, pack and fulfill UberEats and online delivery bags, stage them in the to-go cubbies, and step in to calmly resolve a customer’s mix-up when their name wasn’t appearing on a pickup order.
What makes this extraordinary is that all of this was happening simultaneously. In a fast-paced environment where most people would crumble or show frustration, Starr’s demeanor never shifted. She remained completely poised, welcoming every single person who walked through the door and thanking them as they left—all with a genuine smile.
As a 20-year military veteran, I recognize leadership and composure under pressure when I see it. Starr possesses a rare composure and focus that you simply can't teach. In a world where customer service often feels indifferent or outright cold, Starr sets the gold standard. Management, take note: Starr is the real deal and deserves to be recognized.“

“Stopped by Tropical Smoothie and tried the Bahama Mama for the first time and it was so good! It was sweet and refreshing without being too much, and everything tasted really fresh. The staff was also super friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely one of those little stops that puts you in a better mood for the rest of the day.
