Fast , quick and precise
I had a minor issue with my order a couple of days ago, but the way the Shift Manager, Lisa, listened to me and handled it was absolute perfection. Her incredible leadership, calm demeanor, and fast problem-solving completely turned my experience around. It is obvious that Wendy’s upper management does a phenomenal job training and selecting leaders. Kudos to her boss and the corporate team for putting such a stellar professional in charge.
