Donivan P took our order politely, patiently, and offered us ketchup and went into details with “do you want it a meal”, “would you like this”. Most respectful employee I’ve ever encountered at Whataburger. Approaching to the window was just the same, our order was correct and handled with respect. Thank you Donivan! We need more of him, and he needs a raise!!I bought a brownie for the challenge just because we was nice.
The food is okay but expect to always pull up to the front and wait a while. They might come out and ask you what your order is and take 10 more minutes before they come out with cold burgers just to have to get back in line at the drive thru because the forgot some items.
