“On a road trip across Texas, I drove 18 hours in a very short time span a week ago. After nothing but desert for 2 hours, we happened upon one of the only places to eat for a long while, but what an absolute hidden gem Eldorado has!The Google pin is just a little off. Look for the shop building with a large smoker outside and a hand-made sign that simply reads "OPEN BBQ".We got whatever 20 bucks would buy us (they do take cards also, I just wanted to spend my cash), and they returned with a to go box filled with some of the most tender, flavorful brisket I've had, delicious sausage, baked beans, potato salad, and some bread. Simple, and delicious. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try!It was an unexpected treat! Don't judge a book by its cover! While not a traditional dine-in restaurant, you'll be delighted by the flavor of the food!”
