“Brunch box has the most delicious hamburgers in Elgin and the BEST customer service. I’m sad they are no longer in Elgin. It was such a pleasure visiting them for a cheat day or 2, I’ll definitely be doing a road trip to visit and have lunch.“

“Twice a month I travel back-and-forth from Houston to Austin. I always stop at this location. Everyone is fantastic. But I need to point out one person in particular. Her name is Norma.

Every single time I stop by, she is always cleaning. You know how when you go in most fast food restaurants you can see someone attempting to clean. They are usually just going through the motion. Half ass if you will.

Not Norma. She treats this restaurant as if it was her home. You don’t see that kind of work ethic and integrity anymore.

So I hope whoever owns this location reads this review. Treat her well, she deserves it!
