I think they forgot about our order and it was sitting for a while the burger was bearly warm, fries were cold, I asked for ketchup and got none, the shakes were not blended enough. Shame, first time I went was good, definitely not going back
Always love this Whataburger. Only complaint is when I order delivery 2 time got my order wrong then just get the run around between the delivery service and Whataburger blaming each other. I try not to get delivery from here any more. Other than that service and food always great in

The people working there could be friendlier. We didn't have 1 napkin between 3 of us. The boy working the fountain drinks in the drive thru put the cup of ice under the running soda and walked off. Watched the cup overflow for some time and had to ask him to please wipe the side of the cup because I didn't want to be sticky.
