“Even though it was a bit spicy for my liking (I'm a wimp when it comes to spice), it was still delicious. The fries were the best I had in San Antonio. The wrap was really good and the 3 sauces you get with the meal are an excellent option.”

“I have been to this restaurant numerous times and have tried most of the items on the menu. Love the atmosphere and food. My favorite server is Aom, who will guide you through the exciting menu and make thoughtful suggestions. The wine list and saki lists are interesting and reasonably priced. The octopus is spectacular! Tender and accompanied with an interesting fried rice. The restaurant offers sushi, sashimi, yakitori: all spectacular and interesting. I have never had a bad meal at this restaurant. One of my favorite restaurants in San Antonio because it is different and spectacular in every thing that you’d want in a restaurant. Try this amazing gem across from The Dominion. I guarantee that you won’t be disappointed!”

“I had such a wonderful experience here today! As a very early postpartum mom running on little sleep, I accidentally placed my order at the wrong Willie’s location. When I finally made it to the right one and explained my mistake, the Hwy 151 team kindly remade my food so I wouldn’t have to eat something that had been sitting for a while — all without me even asking. This small act of kindness meant so much. I told my baby that day that when you can, offer people as much grace as possible and be kind — because you never know what someone might be going through. Thank you, Willie’s, for not only serving delicious food, but also for showing compassion and humanity. You made my day! 💛”

“Just had some fantastic breakfast tacos. After being on a hunt for some authentic Mexican tacos, we struck gold on the last day of the year, 12/31/2025. There were three of us and we each selected two tacos of our choice to share. We arrived around 10:40A and the line was loooong, however there are a lot of people working and we received our order within 10-15 minutes. It was fast. Be listening to your name because they will call it out.
Between the three of us, we tried the following tacos: barbacoa, chicharron, the Willis, the Lola, the ranch potato, and the chorizo and egg. The tacos are quite big.
Barbacoa had perfect seasoning. All tender meat, (none of that fat) rolled into a hot and delicious homemade flour tortilla. Absolutely amazing.
I ordered the green salsa chicharron, I could have eaten an entire one for myself. The pork skin on this taco was cooked perfectly into the green salsa that wasn’t spicy. It was just really, really good. We added just a few dashes of salt, which I totally appreciated, because I’ve had some that were too salty for my liking.
The Willis taco had bean, potato, bacon, and cheddar cheese. Great combo and great tasting. Our lesser favorite of all tacos, but still great because the beans made this taco a little more special.
Lola is a taco made with ground beef and seasonings and potatoes. Really good seasoning that we really liked. Meat and potatoes were tender and cooked perfectly.
The ranch potato was awesome. Simple potatoes with a salsa sauce and veggies. Great for the vegetarian in your circle of friends or family. Delicious tasting and definitely another for next time around.
Lastly, we had to try the chorizo and egg. All I can end with is, yum.
We really enjoyed all the tacos. We left with full bellies and ready to tackle 2026.”

Honestly feel like this is the best noodles and dumpling house States side, and coming from the Tri-state area it's a diamond in the rough for sure. “Our food was exceptional at the Fair Oaks location. Service lacked a wee bit but the food was dynamite and the portions were overwhelming. If you’ve had HEB sushi (it’s mediocre by comparison) you’ll be astounded by this! We will be back. The seaweed and squid salad was probably my favorite and I wanted more!”

“Although they have had some staffing issues in recent months, the ones who show up always do such a great job under pressure. Tonight Justin was the only waitstaff, which he explained when we walked in. He ran his feet off taking care of everyone and did a great job. The cook(s?) also did a great job. “This was a location on Harvest host so we were just passing through Our only regret is that we didnt get here sooner and have the ability to stay longer. The staff was super friendly and the establishment is very dog friendly. We got in late but were still otfered drinks which we appreciated. The outside had misters for when its too hot and it looked like a little oasisis. The indoor decor was super unique and everything was clean. i hope to return one day to really enjoy this buisness”

“Kin Thai & Sushi (San Antonio Dominion Restaurant) - Just discovered this place. We went there for Thai cuisine, which we had, but the sushi rolls we saw come out looked fantastic, so we will definitely go back for sushi next time. We ordered the Thai Spring Rolls, Chicken Phat Thai, and Chicken Phat Khing, and were treated to some Mango Sticky Rice for dessert. Everything looked great and tasted delicious. The Phat Thai was as good as we have had anywhere! The servers were efficient, attentive and courteous. Prices very reasonable. The dining room was full, but not noisy. A very pleasant ambiance for a casual dinner.”

I used to live by the pearl and used to go to the one off st Mary’s and was excited to find out that there was a summer moon in Leon springs where I moved. I’ve been going to this location for the last 2 years. The entire staff is incredible but I have to give a shout out to Harli. She’s the best. Always has a smile. Always know your name. It’s extremely rare that the drinks are inconsistent but when the one time it did happen they were happy to replace it at no cost. This is best coffee house ever”

“My wife and I went today for lunch, she had the Chicken fried chicken and I had a burger with mushrooms and sautéed onions. Also a cactus blossom for appetizer. By far some of the best food we have had in a while. Complements to the chef and team. Devon was our waiter and he was great! We will be asking for him for now on when we go back. Also if you haven’t tried the Raspberry tea, you’re missing out lol. Just wanted to share cause great service is hard to find these days and again great job!”

“We love this place. Everything we have ordered has been excellent and consistent. Tonight we decided to order 2 filet mignons to go. I was a bit skeptical about “to go” filets, especially since we live miles away, but that’s what I wanted so that’s what we got. Not only was the meal absolutely delicious, they wrapped everything so it was all still hot when we got home. Now I have to add yet another favorite to my list of Hungry Horse meals… thanks guys!!! Now I have to try all the casseroles!”
