“I was very skeptical of ordering gelato from Cavier, especially with it being located 8 miles (17 minutes) away, but me and my husband were needing something sweet and I went ahead and placed an order for 2 small gelatos. This was our first time trying this place also. When the order first went through, it said it was gonna take about 30 mins to get here and then it changed to 42 minutes, so I was thinking... ”Great, it’s gonna get here all melted”. Luckily it ended up being delivered within 30 minutes but still it was a long time for it being gelato. We opened the bag and it was BEYOND my expectations. It was packed in a big styrofoam container ( I was thinking it was gonna be in a very small Paciugo like container). I opened the top of the styrofoam lid and then removed the nicely placed cover and unveiled the most delicious, STILL FROZEN, gelato. 😊 Can’t wait to order more in the future! Definitely worth it!“

“My husband and I went to dinner with friends a few nights ago and we all decided that ice cream was needed for dessert. We Googled ice cream nearby and Handel's was suggested. We were immediately greeted as soon as we walked in by a super sweet little smiling blonde and a group of other smiling, friendly teens. These kids seemed happy and excited to be there and eager to serve. We all got AMAZING ice cream and service and will be Handel's regulars for sure. My main reason for this review is for the owner to know what an AMAZING group of kids you have working this store. You rarely see young kids these days that engage with people and can actually have conversations with adults. This was on 6/28/24 So thank you for such a delicious and fun treat!“

“OMG… I tell you what. This is the best. Most flavorful. Creamiest of all the ice creams I’ve slighted in throughout my travels. The unique flavors made my mouth happy in a way only my wife can. My son is a connoisseur of the chocolate ice cream (he gets the bad taste from his mother of course), and it is “The best… better than blue bell.”

Sam was so helpful and smothered us in recommendations and samples. I asked if we could leave the kids for a quick date, but their customer service has limits I guess.

“I got addicted to their LG or gigantic banana shake, kinda still am. Best shake I've ever tasted, so so good. Add about the nicest friendliest employees and managers a place could have. It's an all win at the Preston road in Frankfort location North Dallas! When the main manager I believe sees me coming, he goes back and starts my shake. “It is a small, nice, clean place. But I must say that it is a little more expensive than other places that sell the same products. Apparently their specialty is strawberries with cream because we ate there and everyone asked for strawberries with cream. I tried the strawberries with cream and they are very good but the nuts seem to be of very low quality or very old and that makes it take away from their signature dish. If you go, you should ask for them without nuts. Maybe we will come back to try some other different dishes.“

The store was blazing hot but the young lady with the blonde hair was running orders back and forth dripping with sweat and the girl with the messed up knee was taking orders plus making the treats fast and efficiently. “I recently hosted my child's 4th birthday party at Monster Yogurt, and it was an absolute blast! From start to finish, everything was perfect. Kimberly, our party hostess, was simply amazing. She was so friendly, attentive, and took care of every detail to ensure the day went smoothly. Her energy and enthusiasm made the experience so enjoyable for both the kids and adults. She even went as far to take pictures of my child enjoying his special day and made sure they were sent to me! The customer service was top-notch, with every staff member going above and beyond to make sure our group was taken care of. The store itself was spotless and well-maintained, and the play area was perfect for all the kids to have fun and let loose. It kept them entertained for hours, and it was such a relief knowing they were in a safe and clean environment. As for the frozen yogurt, it was incredible! Another very important piece to this was my child has severe food allergies to dairy and egg. I let them know that I had allergies and they asked if I wanted an allergy scoop to which I replied yes. I thought they were going to the back to get a new ice cream scoop. No, they came out with a brand new tub of ice cream to ensure there would be no cross contamination. This is above and beyond in my opinion. All very good! Fair pricing compared to similar places. The only thing I did not like was their location. It’s in a newer shopping center with apartments behind it. Parking is hard with a couple restaurants by them. There is a parking garage around the corner but I didn’t look to see if it cost or not. And who wants to walk half a mile from where you park just to get froyo! But it was very tasty and very clean inside!
