“Brennan was our waiter and he was amazing! One of our table mates could not decide what to pick so he left it up to Brennan. The food came out and Brennan had picked the best dish for our guest! Very attentive to our table and great personality!“

He went from pushing trash down to serving food. Combing his hair with hands then scooping ice cream. Come on, man!“

“We had a great experience at the Diner in Tyler. It was our first time there and we will be back. Melissa was amazing and attentive but not too much so. She really did a great job of reading the room and understanding when to approach us. The water was outstanding and with that you know the food will be quality. The coffee was excellent and the portions were great plenty to take home. Prices were lower than expected which was a bonus! Thanks for excellent service and great first experience. We will be back and we will be bringing more people 😊“

“Very good food and service! I ordered the "lunch special" with pork chops, mashed potatoes, and green beans. The chops were nice and juicy, with brown gravy. If I would have known how big they were, I would have ordered the "senior"pork chop, which came with only 1 chop. I couldnt finish it all. The potatoes were instant, but very well seasoned. The only thing that kept me from giving the food 5 stars, was the green beans were still a little crunchy. My wife ordered the senior CFS; It was large enough that she could only eat half. It was a frozen, pretty breaded patty, but very tasty. The cream gravy was from a mix, but tasted like Pioneer mix, which I think is the best mix out there. We will return next time we are in Tyler, as I want to sample the Mexican menu.“

“Been here several times. Good food and service. Solid burger place with good chicken sandwiches as well. Fires are also solid. They seem fresh cut, not sure though. If you’re looking for a good burger you can’t really go wrong here. We did have one time where the burgers were dry, but that can happen anywhere. It’s been consistently good otherwise. Sorry for not including pictures. I’ll try to add them next time.“

“I have leved at Lake Palestine resort for about 6 months or so. i love the atmosphere. The voew is spectacular. the staff are very friendly and personable. whether you want to stay for the night of a weekend or long term I highly recomment this place. Its also amazing to me at how many return campers they have continuasly. to have return customers says alot about a place. The long term residents are like family. Their bathroom and laundry facilities are fabulous.“

“Visited for my first time on Saturday with daughter & granddaughter. We were treated to complimentary beignets which were melt in your mouth delicious. Their GF menu is extensive & impressive as well. I had shrimp and grits…so tasty! Granddaughter enjoyed chicken and waffles. Our drinks were perfect! Mimosas & Bloody Mary with the perfect amount of spice. Our waiter, “Lurch” was knowledgeable & insisted on “carding” me which automatically bumped up his tip. Overall, great experience and we’ve already made plans to return. Recommend 10/10.“

“This was the first time that my husband and I had been here in a year and a half. The last time we visited the visit was absolutely awful. The food was terrible. The service was horrible.

This time was a complete 180. The food was great. It was hot. It was fresh. Our waitress Lexie was an absolute doll. She made sure that our drinks were always topped off. She made sure that we had what we needed and wanted. We will be going back more often.

“Longhorn SteakHouse always be our favorite place to eat Steak, first time here in Tyler Location on Broadway, We really love it, one of the best. We Had Flo's Filet and Lobster also Baby Back Ribs and Parmesan Chicken, all of them PERFECT, and also the side Sweet Potato with Butter was super good. “Our school’s regional golf tournament was at the golf course whose lone food source is Putter’s Corner. As with many school functions, food “is what it is” at any venue. Wow! Not in this case. The bacon double cheeseburger, I sadly couldn’t even finish, rivals any Mooyah, Whataburger, Smashburger, Wahlburger, name-it burger spot, could create. Is the secret locally sourced grass fed beef? Whatever the secret, my hat is off to you & thanks for providing us with ridiculously delicious burgers!!“

“We were greeted with a friendly smile and received wonderful service! The waitresses Dawn and Jodie were so nice and helpful! On top of receiveing great service the food was delicious! I got the Nettie's homemade chicken salad which I highly recommend!! My husband got the fish and enjoyed the flavor of it. My kids shared a hamburger and the plate was wiped cleaned! So if your in the area please stop by and you will get a tasty homemade meal and enjoy the conversations with the waitresses on staff!“

“My husband and I went to Chilis in Tyler a few days ago. Our server, Macy, was FABULOUS! She was attentive and responded well to any questions we had. Our only complaint was the chips. They have changed the chips, and they are awful! We definitely will go back, and hope to have Macy again. We won't be ordering the chips but the rest of the food is always good.
