“I’ve eaten fried chicken my whole life and this is truly terrible. I know it’s brand new location but come on man bring back the donuts. Only one of my 4 dogs ate my order first sniff. That tells me something. They are country boys and eat most anything. Come on do better.“

“We did a mobile pick up about 5 min prior to arriving. Food was ready and hot. Employees were kind and helpful. 1 item was left out of the bag. I parked and went inside to get it. Manager apologized and gave me double what I ordered. The experience was great and just as good as all the other times we have gone to this location.“

“They were crazy busy lunch rush but my food was cooked perfectly and it was pretty wasn't all slapped together. I got the blt with fries to go. The employees at the register were friendly and calm and collected they repeated my order and for it being very very busy I was surprised that I got my food pretty quickly and everything tasted fresh and the fries were nice and hot and the price was not bad 7.99 +tax drink not included. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant 😋“

“Most of the time we don’t have a problem with this DQ. But tonight the service was horrible. Starting with a 5+ minute wait at the speaker. Then we had to wait for another 5+ minutes for two Blizzards that didn’t hardly have any toppings and were not stirred to the bottom.

“I went through the drive thru and ordered a beef taco salad, got it into my car and dropped it destroying the salad. I went inside to pay for a replacement salad since it was no fault of the store. They replaced my salad at no charge even after I explained that it was my fault. Thank you for great customer service!“

“Went for dinner as we were traveling through the area. Facility was clean and very friendly employees. Young man named Giovanni was so nice and made sure we didn't need anything while we waited for our food. Usually employees do not worry about their customers. This young man went out of his way to insure the dining area didn't need anything. Even greeted a regular by name. It was nice to see someone so young with respect for his elders. We definitely need more young men and ladies with his positive mannerism.“

“This place has been a good lunch staple for me but lately I have had my meals not come out correctly. I do get them replaced but my Fry's then get cold and you know the meal just is not the same after the second wait. But when they get it right Wow the food here is fantastic.

“Been here several times. Good food and service. Solid burger place with good chicken sandwiches as well. Fires are also solid. They seem fresh cut, not sure though. If you’re looking for a good burger you can’t really go wrong here. We did have one time where the burgers were dry, but that can happen anywhere. It’s been consistently good otherwise. Sorry for not including pictures. I’ll try to add them next time.“

“Stop by yesterday for a quick lunch. Even though everybody knows Chick-fil-A whichever location you go to is always going to be crowded the staff is always well trained and keeps things flowing.

I ordered the nugget meal a drink and some fries. Everything can I quickly and perfectly warm. Everything was absolutely delicious.

The staff was really great as I said the love it was very crowded long drive throughs and pretty much every table was taken up put the staff was hustling and bustling add getting orders out in a timely manner.

This location is always busy and located in a strip mall. There's plenty of parking but they didn't really think it out too good because you have to walk around the back of the restaurant through the drive-thru to get to the door. There are a few parking spots in the front of the building but most of those are handicapped so you're stuck parking in the back.“

“Any time I’m in Tyler, I stop by this location to grab a sandwich. They are always upbeat and friendly from the moment we walk in. Today there was a situation where the gentleman in front of me draped his hand over the glass, and they politely asked him to not hang his hand over the food and the man made a scene. The employee handled the situation very maturely and even offered an apology to me for the behavior even though they did nothing wrong. I will continue to frequent this location not only because I love the sandwiches but because I appreciate the stellar customer service! “I haven't been here in a while because I don't live in Tyler. But I'm working next door at UT on a construction site. Went to lunch there today and tried the Cajun fried catfish. WOW it was amazing! Cooked fresh. Super friendly staff! Everyone spoke to me and was friendly. It's a self service restaurant however the girl came and checked on me twice, offered to get me tea both times And got me a to go box. Great job everyone!! I'll definitely be back!!“
