“Came in this evening 9/9 around 11:30pm this place was nice and clean, quiet. The cook cooked everything to perfection was so flavorful, hot and delicious. Our server greeted us with a friendly welcome and was so very attentive to not just us but all her customers. We will definetly be coming back to this location. ,“

“First time visiting Coffee Folk, and wow! I was impressed. My husband got a regular latte and I got their iced vanilla bean latte and both were delicious. There is not coffee that tastes this good in Arlington so we will be happily returning. Also, I almost couldn't believe the cost! The drinks are affordable AND high quality. I feel like those two things rarely exist together in 2026. I'm grateful that they try and keep prices down. I will be recommending Coffee Folk to everyone I know!“

The Kitchen Sink Omlet is my husband's favorite, and he raves about the home made salsa. I typically get eggs/bacon/biscuits with gravy and its always cooked perfectly. And not too many places know how to properly cook grits, but this one does. Go. You won't regret it.“

“Write a google review for e restaurant we had my son’s 30th birthday brunch. Everyone was very helpful, and food was good! Wish we had a server that was more attentive were we did not have to get our own coffees and a waitress I could find easily. I will say that management helped a lot but I wish we had a waitress that was more available. Now for the location that they put us in it was amazing, but my problem was is when the door was shut it made it hard to hear everybody. I would recommended a party here but suggest these options.“

“Me, my wife and her family were looking for a place to have breakfast today. It being Christmas Day, I know that the pickin's we're going to be slim. We went to 1 place and got completely ignored. So we said let's try Waffle House on Renfro. There was a place for all seven of us to sit and they weren't completely slammed, but yet they were still busy. I'll tell you, I've been coming to this location for at least 15 years and i've never had a bad meal here, ever. Today was no exception. The way that the staff worked with each other in tandem with the servers was something to watch. Surprisingly, our waitress and the other ones that were there, kept cool under pressure and handled us with grace and attentiveness. Everyone seemed to be in a good mood and was in amazing spirits since it was Christmas. So big thanks to the entire staff that handled the 7 of us and as well as everyone else that was there today!“

A family-like atmosphere, friendly old-school waiters, reasonable prices (I know how hard it is to keep prices moderate these days when everything is so unstable), and generous portions. NOPE, ALL I went out for breakfast for was some decent French Toast and the person who takes your order at the register even repeated FRENCH TOAST back to me, and yet somehow he got a waffle instead and because he did, they refused to fix the issue and give me what I ordered because the person who rings you up put waffle on the ticket. I dont know if the food is good or not cause I didnt even get to eat, as I never got what I actually ordered.“

I wish they would’ve taken a moment to fold my omelette as I couldn’t enjoy it in one single bite with everything at one time because it’s just like a flat egg because nothing stays together. “I posted a Google review and the restaurant responded but I can't respond back to them on Google, so here's me response: Don't try to blame delivery for your weird rubbery eggs and half cooked potatoes. When I sent a picture of the food to people, the response from most of them was something along the lines of "those are eggs?!" And I didn't say you used boxed pancake mix, I specifically accused you of using boxed confetti cake mix (without the confetti) for your pancakes. It smells exactly the same and I couldn't take more than 1 bite because they were so disgusting. Here is my original review: I got food through Uber. The egg scramble tasted good but the texture was rubbery. The potatoes were only half way cooked so they were soft on the outside and dense on the inside. The pancakes were flat and absolutely disgusting. Somehow they taste like Tylenol... Have no idea how that happens. We ordered orange juice and strawberry lemonade, and the lemonade was missing but that could have been a delivery issue. Edit: I figured out why the pancakes taste so off. They were made with store bought cake mix. They smell exactly like the store bought confetti cake powder. And here is their response: Good Morning Stephanie, I'm sorry that you didn't enjoy your take out meal. I can understand that you may not like the taste of our pancakes but I can assure you we do NOT use store bought pancake mix for our pancakes. Unfortunately, once the order leaves our restaurant we can't control what happens to it or how long it takes to get delivered to you which can affect the quality of the meal. I just finished having breakfast at IHOP in Mansfield, Texas, and had a wonderful experience. The food was fresh, well prepared, and the overall quality was excellent.

What really made the visit special was the service. Nadin, our waitress, was professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. She made sure everything was right and checked on us without being overbearing. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out.

Great food is important, but great service is what makes you want to come back. Nadin definitely made this a memorable visit, and I would be happy to return to this IHOP again.
