“There was a small line not too too busy. The ceiling was leaking from the vents that was scary. Hazardous and extremely dangerous with it without a wet floor sign. Our food was delicious and I am Glad I came back to Killeen I only wish another captain d’s would come back our way! Missing a piece of home. “I stopped by Sonic for a small drink on my way back to work. I frequent this Sonic often and the servers are pretty much cordial. But TODAY…… even just for a drink Mr. JJ was the most professional, friendly, and very polite young man ever…… just bringing a drink.
Good customer service is so hard to find post Covid and being a business owner myself, I’m big on it. People are quick to post a bad review but today I said SONIC needs to know what kind of worker they have. I see he loves his job and that matter!!!!!“
