We love the food here, but the service is a bit slow. Try to get ahead but when I go to pick it up, there is ALWAYS a 20-30 minute wait. To make matters worse, when. We get home, something is missing, if not completely wrong. Food is great but service is horrible
Why???
Very slow. I'm not sure if it's just lack of staff or a newer manager. I'm sure they'll get into the rhythm as time goes on. I think the food was very well made, fresh, and the staff was incredibly kind to me. They are very busy though l, so I wouldn't expect calls to be picked up over serving customers in store. Other than that, the staff is very professional and the food is well made.
