this review isn’t about the food. this review is about the service.

i was genuinely shocked by how great the service was LOL. literally the best i’d ever been served at a jack in the box.

maybe the type of day i had made me extremely appreciative of Erick M’s kindness while serving me my breakfast jack meal with fries and a peach lemonade… but it was enough to move me to writing this review.

i assume his mama raised him right and it has little to do with this establishment. nonetheless, they get 5 stars from me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

“I want to give a shout out to this location. The service has changed from the last time I came here. They cater to you now. They bring the food to the table. The general manager and the cashier taking the order Maria and Jaqueline were so nice and sweet. They come to the table several times to ask how everything was going good. And if I needed anything to let them know.
Thanks for great service ladies. Also the cooks had the food hot and fresh.

First time coming here and I gotta say this little place is awsome.
It was my boy smokey & I.
Right off the back after i ordered she seen my boy and offered a little pup cup of chicken.
It was gone in two seconds. well enjoyed by Smokey he gives the place 5 out of 5 ?

i went for the steak quesadilla & it was absolutely fantastic (quality meats).
My appetite was definitely satisfied.
Great place and very nice owner.?
(Btw thank you so much for the sample it was delicious ?)
I’m glad i stopped by and i’ll definitely make it my pit stop from here on when coming in from work out of town.
Y’all be sure to stop by and try out the delicious quesadillas & quality service.

“Amazing food, but service was HORRIBLE. The girl that takes the orders is extremely rude, almost made me go somewhere else. Food was fresh and great flavor, not sure if it’s enough of a reason to go back and deal with the bad customer service.“

“I've been coming here since they were located outside of the gas station off Hall. The people are soooo sweet and the food is amazing. The gorditas are huge and the tacos are always filled to the brim. They are a little higher than tacos you might find within a gas station but the flavors and portions are 100% worth it.“

“Friendly cozy service, I stop by at least twice a week. The food if amazing tastes like mamas kitchen! My favorite if the burritos and the sopes! They’re always open early enough to stop by for the great breakfast tacos and still make it to work on time with their quick service! “My first time going in person and we ordered 3 big breakfast burritos to-go... so I thought. When I got back to the car, I look in the bag and see 3 regular tacos. After talking to the guy at the register, we got it all cleared up. I was in and out again in less than 3 minutes (with my free coffee that comes with the purchase of 2 breakfast burritos). Great food, excellent customer service. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quick and affordable breakfast.“
