I was highly disappointed with the customer service at the Mansfield location today. I visited White Rhino over the weekend and tried their cinnamon roll. I liked it so much that I decided to place an order online for 10 cinnamon rolls to be picked up on Monday. Mind you, I was able to place the order and pay in advance online.
