“Over all they doing a great job from my understanding they are under new management , and have only 5 people to that facility. They are hard working ladies who try there best to provide great service. They have only 3 -2 people from 06 till maybe 7 then they get the 3rd idk then they have 1 person to each station all I see is that they are giving there all and working with what they have. The only bad side is they don't do the dunkin rewards and no ice cream. And hrs of operation have changed to 06-1400 Mon_Fri“

“We love this store. We go every week and my boys live the donuts and love seeing the guys. They always have big smiles and are as sweet as the donuts they make. All their products are delicious I've not had anything I didn't like!“

My son is autistic, and for some reason wanted a little box when we dined in for breakfast one day. The young lady completely went above and beyond and made him a little box with his kolache and donut holes. It really made his day, and I really appreciated it!!“

“I look forward to my doughnut stop. I’m always greeted by Miss Nana who is always cheerfully smiling asking how I’m doing today. She welcomes my children asking what they like spoiling them with a little candy. Such great service!! We are fond of her! The doughnuts are fresh and delicious. The kolaches are out of this world!! The coffee is fresh hot when ordered and I’m always asked if I want my breakfast heated or as is. It’s a lovely little place to enjoy coffee with your kids. Thank y’all!!“

“I gave four stars because I ordered six kolaches (four with jalapeños, two without). My young granddaughter does not eat jalapeños. Despite saying my order a second and third time when asked about my order, she still gave me all six with peppers. I will ask for them in a box from now on and not accept the order crammed into those little bags. There...problem and solution because we really like them?“

“Amazing service! This Shipley's is further from my home than all the others but close to my job. I desperately wanted a maple bacon donut. They currently don't make them at this location (they do have regular maple). The young man at the counter was so nice and did everything he could to accommodate. I will return.“

“Over all the place was nice and clean. Was a little disappointed the donuts my kids wanted had to be specially made and they normally run out by lunch. My kids were interested in the advertised skittles donut. We were there about lunch time and the donut was unavailable already.“
