“Over all they doing a great job from my understanding they are under new management , and have only 5 people to that facility. They are hard working ladies who try there best to provide great service. They have only 3 -2 people from 06 till maybe 7 then they get the 3rd idk then they have 1 person to each station all I see is that they are giving there all and working with what they have. The only bad side is they don't do the dunkin rewards and no ice cream. And hrs of operation have changed to 06-1400 Mon_Fri“

“I love the variety of coffee flavors I can order here. I can taste the coffee, not just flavorings. My daughter enjoys the freeze drinks. My granddaughter is in love with the lemonade and soda drinks. The staff are super friendly and will help recommend a drink or help make a specialty drink with you. Don't go if you're in a hurry unless there is no line. The staff is fast, but even they can only go as fast as coffee makes. They have an app you can use that is very easy to navigate. With the app, you can earn points for free drinks, look over the menu, and check out promotions they me having.Dietary restrictions: If you are diabetic you can get your coffee hot or iced sugar-free. If you don't want your kids having caffeine, they have plenty to choose from.Parking: Not a bunch of parking, but most use the drive thru anyway.Kid-friendliness: They have a wonderful selection of drinks for kids from a frost, lemonade, or sodas. My son is autistic, and for some reason wanted a little box when we dined in for breakfast one day. “Lovely environment! The place is clean, the tables give you intimacy options (think from a date to a study group sizes) and there are two tables outside to enjoy the sun. The service is great and the ladies working the last time I was there were sweet, quick, polite and even came outside to let me and my guest know that they were going to close up. The blended drink I had was so good I had to order another and my guest said her drinks and food were phenomenal. Everything smells amazing as soon as you walk in. We made it our new spot to catch up and hang out. I wouldn't trade this place for any big name coffee anywhere! 10/10 - definitely recommend!“

“During our experience here the service was okay, not that great. We got chicken nachos and macarons, the macarons being so overpriced (6.50 without tax) for only 5 being in there and being so tiny. The chicken nachos were impressive and they provided different salsas to dress your nachos. The bathrooms were clean and the decorations for the holidays were super cute and provided and nice ambiance!!“

They are so knowledgeable about their food and the options. The customer service is the best I have had in a while. It wasn’t just me. “My wife and I dropped by Bite The Bagel Deli Cafe in Harker Heights today at 11AM to grab an early lunch. My wife ordered the veggie bagel and I got the 8 inch cheese steak sub. Both items were excellent. Now, I don't have a large appetite, so half of the sub was plenty for me (I'll save the rest for later today !!). Each item was prepared wonderfully. Overall, excellent, quick (non-fried !) food! The our server was respectful, exceedingly helpful and quick to help us customize our orders. We appreciated her (and other staff members') assistance and friendliness.“

I have taken many friends and they all fall in love as well, not only with the food, service, but with the ambience of the environment. “Such kind people here! I went through the drive through and a young lady was outside taking orders. She asked me where I got my Adam's family hand(Thing) from that was sitting on my dashboard, and that her daughter loves the adams family. I handed it to her, no pun intended lol, and she was so happy and offered to give me money. When I got to the window for my drink and sandwich she was there inside paying for it. “I have to say the one I went to in Jarrell was very clean. Restrooms included. I think they have always been a little overpriced but the product as far as coffees go are spot on taste wise. The staff was pretty good too. Seems to know their stuff. Last comment would be that their snacks and danishes or whatever you call them could have been a little fresher.“

The service was fantastic, my barista was super nice, friendly and conversational and my drink was perfect. “I've seen Shipley all around town. I even get coupons for Shipley. I finally ask my husband if he's ever had these donuts. His answer was no, so we pulled up on a Monday afternoon. We left with two sausage and cheese kolaches and a dozen donuts. The dough for the kolaches and donuts is great. It's not too heavy, perfectly fluffy, and the glaze and icing wasn't overkill. I normally don't like powdered donuts, but these I would eat again. A dozen disappeared quickly, which means we will come back!“

First time I seen a Starbucks playing Marshall Tucker Band, the Eagles, .38 Special, and Kansas. Wish they had more volume, but keep it up. Most pleasant time I had in a pharmacy waiting area yet. P.S. - someone tell Steve that the Marshall Tucker Band has a concert in Haute Spot in Cedar Park on 4 December at 1700 hours....“
