“The atmosphere is very nice and calming. The ladies were even more amazing. I had never been there before today and I previously messaged them on instagram because I saw that they had pumpkin spice coffee (my favorite) I asked them if they could make it sugar free since it wasn’t on their menu and they did not disappoint! The menu is full of savory and sweet handcrafted french desirables as the owner brings France to us. The owner has made this an adorably inviting, quaint escape from the city, indicating inwardly, as those doors close, you can immediately relax, unwind, leave everything behind you. This moment in the Cafe is about you. Starting with the delectable waft of the pastries tempting your palate every experience will be delightful, no matter the order. When I can sneak into Killeen, I have to go by, a sample box of treats for the office while eagerly reward myself with a new try. I’m never disappointed, each new bite I’ve tried decadent, and enchanting. I jumped a little for joy the last time over her Pain au Chocolate despite not being a bread or croissant person, yet I enter my inner child instantly becomes one when she glances at the flaky, buttery scrumptiousness behind the glass. “Was driving through and gave Black Rifle Coffee a try. This is an amazing coffee shop and staff are very professional with fast service. Based on the reviews they have great coffee. However, I would not recommend matcha latte. The matcha is gray/brown color and doesn’t taste anything close to matcha. I had to stop at Starbucks right after and couldn’t drink the one I got from here. Overall, I gave 4 stars just in the service provided.“

Since I work just a few doors down, it’s turned into part of my morning routine: drop my bags off at the office, then head right back out for breakfast. The staff is always so welcoming, greeting me with big smiles that instantly brighten my day. My favorite server, Sam, has even memorized my order already, which still impresses me every time! Between the friendly faces and my go-to London Fog iced tea, Bite the Bagel has become the little morning tradition that makes every day start on a better note. 🥹“

“I always order ahead at this spot. Depending on the line, I'll run inside and they never give me an issue if I put it on the app that I'm going through the drive thru. Always friendly, even when they are busy. This spot and Fort hood are my go to. I avoid the one on post at the food market because they rarely have order ahead and don't accept the app for payments.“

With a smile and no issues Dean ( I hope I got his name right) made my order and told me not to worry. “They sell handmade pastries inside an asian market, to the complaints of atmosphere they need to grow up. That said we got 4 different things and all were fantastic. Its not as cheap as little debbie stuff but its handmade daily so very much worth it“
