Arby's in Fort Worth

“I love when I can give a good review normally I don't. We just came through arby's in lakeworth, there's a man named Richard on the window. He was the sweetest greatest personality old school type. He thanked us told us to drive safe. And he had a smile on his face. All fast food should train their people to be like him. He was an absolute delight whatever You're paying him pay more because he's good.“

“Service was amazing. I did place a mobile order and my food was in there but on the app there wasn't a option to add any sauce and when I went to the drive-thru windows and asked for some they told me yes and they didn't put any in my bag.“

“Had a late drive thru dinner the other night. The sandwich was exactly as I remember; great taste, hot, fresh, and juicy. The curly fries were not great, tasted like the fryer oil needed to be changed out, but still edible. The employee at the window was very friendly and courteous. Had a little chat before I left. What was lacking in food quality was more than made up by the level of customer service.“

“I am sure we all know this but I will say it anyways . This place , just like any other fast food business is short on staff BUT what sets this Arby’s apart from other fast food places is this Arby’s only had 2 employees working today and they were still able to serve all of their customers . The 2 employees had a smile on their faces with positive attitudes .I just wanted to make sure these employees are recognized. Great job Arby’s staff !“

“I had a very large lunch order to put in for work today. I attempted to do it online in advance however, with the size it wouldn't allow and said I needed to call. So at 8 am, two hours before the store was set to open, I called and was lucky enough to speak with the manager Isabel. She was fantastic! Allowed me to come to the store and go through my order with her. She took time to go through everything with me and assured me it would be hot and ready when I came to pick up.... and it was! Hot, fresh, and ready at the time I had requested. She even went extra and wrote the contents of each bag on the outsides and packed it all in a big box making it easier for me to get back to work. Her and her team were on point today and I really appreciated all of their hard work ❤️“

“This is a great location with a wonderful people working here. I had been having a bad day, missed the bus, and stop by here. I ordered a combo and I was short a dollar and cents, adding to my bad day. This fellow working their named Javon offer to pay for it. While I ate there in this very clean location by the way, Javon and the rest of the workers hustled to get orders out. I was very impressed. I will definitely visit this location again even on my worst day,“
