Ordered 3 burgers. Not one of them had on it what was ordered. Ordered two of them that were supposed to have brisket - no brisket. Burgers were cold. Fries weren’t cooked all the way through. Will never order from here again.
Why are wings on the menu on Google maps. When the name is big deal burgers , but no burgers are on the menu list.
The literal WORST experience I have ever had with a burger place.I haven't had Dickeys BBQ in a long time but the last time I remembered it was okay.They really should have just kept to barbecue and not branched out to burgers.This was my first and last order for the Big Deal Burger branch of Dickeys.I placed a really simple order.2 single combo orders.
