Big Will’s Soul Food was awesome. The menu had brisket sandwich, 3 piece fried catfish, oxtail, catfish, ribs, mac and cheese, dirty rice, coleslaw, iced tea, greens and BBQ sauce. Everything was hot, fresh, tender, smoky, flavorful and packed with flavor. The brisket was super tender, smoky and packed with flavor, paired with creamy cheesy mac, crispy bacon, fresh red onions, sour cream and a drizzle of BBQ sauce. The ribs were tender, rub very flavorful, the coleslaw was not typical coleslaw and the dirty rice had just the right amount of heat. Family felt like visiting family, service was top tier, fast and awesome. Prices were awesome for the portion size. Real catfish was found, best oxtails in DFW, best BBQ and soulfood in Texas. will be back again and again, definitely recommend this place for great soul food, BBQ or quick snack.
