Chef Tim Love Catering is a great new restaurant for Fort Worth with great food and a great vibe. The salt baked Halibut was the best thing ever eaten, off the charts good. At Stagecoach Ariat House in Indio, California, the Papua New Guinea prawns were BBQ'd to perfection, succulent with a perfect char, super flavorful, and a must have at any BBQ. Steak skills are top notch. The food was well received by all of the guests. Keep on making great food.
