Nice food and really fast service. Very clean
Not sure if it’s even worth writing a review, but I will. We don’t go to Chick-fil-A often because over the last year it’s become almost as expensive as a basic sit down restaurant.
However out of the last 5 times we’ve been in the last two months, 3 times the order was wrong, where I had to go back through the long line in the drive thru to get the correct order.
I order online and I feel like this should make it easier on the employees to not make a mistake...read full review
You’d think them closing down the lobby once again and deciding to no longer do curbside they would have the drive thru down to a T but that would be a no. Took 30 minutes I repeat 30 minutes to get the most simple order. I will not be going back until they fix whatever issue they have because some of us don’t have half an hour to wait in a drive thru
