I used love their drinks but it's definitely gone down hill, mainly because of this girl (Bailey) she's very rude and when your drink is messed up she refuses to fix it and accuses you of stealing from them. I video taped my last interaction with her. I wish I could post it for everyone to see how rude she is. I literally had to wait for her to finish playing on her phone before she asked me what was wrong, then refuse to fix my drink and accuse me of lying and stealing from them.
Great little boba tea spot
Drinks are good and are made promptly but service is rude.
For months we've come nearly every Wednesday after youth group with 15-20+ kiddos that all purchase a drink. The staff roll their eyes, huff and puff when we walk in and sarcastically say "oh great it's Wednesday". They close the bathroom so we can't use it.
