Rude customer service. Unacceptable.
Train your employees. Just rude. Lady in drive thru got upset because I told her she gave me the wrong order, proceeded to ask me "why are you gay?" I have time sweetie, I'll be there after work to speak to your manager and show him the video of your disrespectful self.
