Okay, I love Mutts 90%. I say that because my experience was perfect EXCEPT for Dusty. This particular employee had the audacity to tell me I shouldn’t play with my 11 year old dog because he was too old, that my autistic child was a problem, and then lied to the manager about talking to me about my child. I’ve worked in the service industry for YEARS and would have gladly talked to my child or done anything else asked (within reason) had I *actually* been talked to - but...read full review
My dog is older and doesn't run around as much as she used to but it's nice to take her somewhere to see other dogs and sniff around. I do wish they had more large umbrellas for shade during the summer.
I went with a friend who has dogs, drinks were great. The staff could stand to be more strict on letting the small dogs into the big dog pen. Stop being afraid to tell these people that their 2 ounce pug will be "just fine" in a pen full of huge dogs.
