I am a regular at smoothie king and came in today (5/25) and while the smoothies are always great, the experience was ruined by one significant issue: there was NO AIR CONDITIONING. Given the hot weather, this made for an extremely uncomfortable visit. And, I noticed this has been going on for several weeks.

This location has the worst customer service and ridiculously long wait times. The store also smells like dirty mop water and rotten bananas.
A couple of weeks ago, I sat in the drive through line for a while with two cars behind me and after never getting anyone to take my order, pulled up to the window to find the store totally dark. It was 30 minutes after opening!
