Very disappointed in this place. Everything about it was so painfully average
Had to order on machine. Called to counter when order was ready us to pick up. Had to scan reciept for soda. Tots were great burgers were dry.
The burger had an odd taste. I don't know if it was the meat or the bun, but either or tasted like if it was in the refrigerator or freezer for a long time. Won't be back

Steak ’n Shake is a great little restaurant and a family friendly place. The burgers are consistently of the highest quality and the food is excellent and decent. The milkshakes are simply amazing and to gobble up. The kids menu is awesome. The atmosphere is just nostalgic. The store is clean and organized and the prices are reasonable. The service is super great and the staff are helpful and talented, with amazing young workers, though some feel the employees could be more inviting. The system works and the food comes quickly, though some note you have to self checkout. It is hands down one of the best fast food restaurants, a place worth stopping at.
