We ordered inside to take food to-go. My friend was handed a sealed bag. When we got home, there was a burger missing. Drove back to the restaurant to get the burger, or at least a refund. We were told by multiple employees that they absolutely put the burger in the bag so they wouldn’t be remaking it. But the burger was not there. Out $10 and no burger. Disappointing.

Put people back as employees. Self serve order kiosk is a nay. All tables in the restaurant were dirty, had to tell someone they needed to clean all the tables. Overall the place looked dirty. Total cleaning would go far. Service was slow on the meal. I guess you put the last nail in the coffin for your business.

Steak ’n Shake is a great little restaurant and a family friendly place. The burgers are consistently of the highest quality and the food is excellent and decent. The milkshakes are simply amazing and to gobble up. The kids menu is awesome. The atmosphere is just nostalgic. The store is clean and organized and the prices are reasonable. The service is super great and the staff are helpful and talented, with amazing young workers, though some feel the employees could be more inviting. The system works and the food comes quickly, though some note you have to self checkout. It is hands down one of the best fast food restaurants, a place worth stopping at.
