This might’ve been the best food and place I’ve ever been to. The customer service was great and they were so kind to me. I love this place.
My husband and i got there right at 4:00 when they opened for dinner on a Friday night. Not sure when that started happening but i guess that's what we do now. I had the steak salad, it was so good! My husband got a ribeye and commented that it was the best steak he's had in a while. Bonus was that our server was great!
This is a new location, so bumps in the road are expected! Plus, it’s a chain, so I’m not expecting Michelin food. My mom really enjoyed her steak! The sides were eh. The sauce for the mac and cheese had broken, the mashed potatoes were served cold (at least the gravy was hot though!). The white gravy was…an experience. Texas Roadhouse is a steakhouse known for great service and amazing food. The staff are friendly and genuine. The restaurant offers both dine-in and convenient to-go orders, with a system that texts when food is ready for pickup. While the dine-in experience can sometimes be chaotic, the to-go service is efficient, with food staying fresh and warm even after a drive. Meals like the country fried chicken, chicken critters, kids cheeseburgers, hamburgers, and the chicken fried steak are all noted as very good, tender, and flavorful. The steaks, such as the 11 ounce sirloin, are cooked perfectly. The complimentary bread is a must-try. Even when issues arise, the management handles them exceptionally well. It is considered a solid representation of a good steakhouse and is worth the price.
