We’ve been wanting to try this place and it was a great experience, from the Asian decor to the welcoming atmosphere to the food. We got the Shumai to start off and it was pretty good. I suggest having the sauce on the side if you’re not into really spicy things. My friend got the beef bowl and it was delish. The beef was perfectly seasoned and the sauce had a great flavor. Consistency isn't quite there yet, but issues are handled well. The TanTan is delicious, though spice levels can be adjusted. They can switch out pork or beef options. Prices are reasonable, with sushi being the most expensive option. Despite a cramped parking lot, Tokyo Cafe is a great Japanese restaurant worth trying.
