Hill & Vine is a cozy spot in Fredericksburg perfect for any occasion. The wait can be long, but the delicious food like the onion rings and pesto pasta make it worth it. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is friendly. The espresso martini and tacos are highly recommended, though slightly pricey. The parking lot is small, but street parking is available. With a great local drink selection and Texas brands on the menu, it's a great place to hang out with friends. While there were some minor food issues like old fries and a not-so-great schnitzel dish, the excellent service makes up for it. A spot to return to for future meals.
