I just needed - demanded - a little bit of good German sausage while I was in town. I didn’t want a meal. I just had to have sausage. We stopped here because I’ve seen Opa’s in Central Market. It was delicious!! Also, the store was so much fun. Lots of little German foods with people who were HAPPY to talk with you and share with you. I spoke with David (?) and Rebecca(?). We have bought this brand of sausage at HEB and we were elated to find out the main hub was here! We bought a few packs of sausage and were offered samples. Very friendly staff! I grabbed these fluffy gingerbread cookies on the way out. They were amazing! Go check this place out!
