It is with great sadness that we have recently learned that The Peach Tree is closing after 49 years of providing delicious food to the Fredericksburg community. We wish the family new adventures and great happiness in their life "without restaurant". You will be missed. The Gaible Family

We left Texas after 35 years and went back to our northern California roots....but soon found out that is impossible! We are back "home" now in SA....but can't wait to revisit the Peach Tree Cafe!!! We have been a advocate for years and love their food and their little shop. We are hoping it will still be as tenderly prepared and selected best ingredients. We miss California's weather and topography...but we adore Texas folks and their welcome!!! We are here now till Jesus Comes...read full review
