When you walk in, you can either order ahead or use the kiosks on the counter or the side to place and pay for your order. They offer a variety of options, though some might be sold out depending on their popularity.

One thing that stood out to me, unfortunately, was the cleanliness of the store. The windows, kiosks, and doors were covered in dirty handprints, which was a bit off-putting. While the cookies are clearly the main attraction, a little more attention to cleanliness would go a long way in improving the overall experience.“

“The best conchas I have ever tasted! As I grabbed the concha with the tongs I could tell it was going to be great because of how soft it was. Sorry no photo because I couldn’t wait to eat it. The concha was soft fluffy similar in texture to an authentic croissant not a hard store bought croissant.“
