“Been here a couple of times and let me tell you guys that I have never been let down. The food is always amazing! The fish and other ingredients are very high quality and always taste so fresh. The owner, Chef Ruben, is highly skilled at what he does and offers the best customer service ever! Every time I come, I always feel welcomed as a long time friend. If you're ever in the area or need a quick pick-up, I would highly recommend this place. Being completely honest, I think I prefer this spot over an actually restaurant, it's so yummy!“

“It is all about their teriyaki chicken here. Sarku is a chain food court restaurant, but they're not very common. If you have never had a free extra helping of that sauce on top of your chicken and rice, you have not yet lived. If you don't order chicken, rice, and veggies, then you needlessly hold up the line. Stick to the good stuff.“

“I have always loved masa but after today’s experience my whole view of this location has gone down hill. my son and I came in to have lunch and I saw the sign that said their card machine was down until 3:45. No problem that was only 20 minutes and I wasn’t in a rush. I asked the server if she would check to make sure it will come back on before we ordered (I had some cash but not to cover tip and all) and I didn’t want any of us to be stuck there because the card machine never came on. I asked before I sat down and the server said she would find for me . I over heard I guess the manager or the gentleman get angry that we were there and we should have never been sat. I left money for my drink as well as my sons- but I won’t be coming back to this location. If it was an issue- come tell me that’s why I waited before ordering.. not yell at the server and talk bad about us.“

“Dining at Aki Sushi. I had a fantastic experience at Aki Sushi with my wife. We started with steamed dumplings, which were delightful. My wife had the tonkatsu ramen, a dish bursting with fresh flavors, along with the melt-in-your-mouth wagyu sashimi. I tried the smoked brisket ramen, a unique and delicious dish, and unagi with foie gras sushi wow !!! is all I have to say about that one. We also enjoyed a salmon skin roll, one of my favorites. The service was outstanding, with attentive staff ensuring a memorable meal. Aki Sushi stands out with their fresh wasabi ground tableside and fresh, never-frozen bluefin tuna. Highly recommend for anyone who loves sushi and ramen!“

Leonard he was amazing! Super fast and made sure everything was perfect, even checked up on us to make sure everything was good. The food was so good everything tasted perfect. “Yoshi is my family and I’s go to spot whenever we’re craving sushi. The owners are extreamly generous and the atmosphere of the restaurant is warm and welcoming. Their menu has a wide variety of options and their sushi is incredibly fresh and delicious!“

“I had a friend visiting from out of town, and I wanted to find a nice elevated dining place in Clear Lake. Luckily, I found Masa! To summarize my review before it begins, Masa is now my destination if I am craving sushi and Japanese food. The atmosphere was elegant, which makes it stand out from other surrounding sushi restaurants. We started off with cold sake and Ahi Poké Nachos, which were crispy and delicious. My friend and I split Sushi Combo C, which features 20 pieces of assorted sushi with California and Spicy Tuna rolls. The sushi was very fresh and skillfully made. The Tamago was freshly made with the traditional chopstick method. This was the best sushi I have had since I dined at Nobu in Las Vegas. Our companions had the chicken katsu Bento Boxes because they wanted an assortment of things to try. The tempura battered shrimp and vegetables were lightly crunchy and delicate. After dinner, the four of us had a round of Ninja Drop martinis, which were tangy and sweet. The owner, Michael Zhou (pronounced "zjoe"), came over to say hi. He encouraged us to try one of his favorite items, the Ahi Tuna Tartare, which was spectacular. To finish, we had a couple of bottles of hot sake alongside some yummy mochi ice cream. Our experience was amazing. Our server, Jordan, took great care of us, and we all had a great time. I was looking for an elevated experience, and I got exactly what I was looking for and more. I can't wait to eat here again and try other things on the amazing menu!“

The owner even ordered ingredients for a specialized drink I like. We eat here several times a month we love it so much.“

“I just love this place. We don't live over in the area, so when we are in town, we go here. The crab salad is just awesome. Hibachi is always delicious. From the show to the meal it is just great! Sushi is delicious. I never understand why lunch isn't packed! Very good pricing for lunch. I like quiet but I just don't know why they aren't busy at lunch. “Had a great experience here! They have a large variety of different types of rolls and each one was absolutely delicious, fresh, full of flavor and on point. The egg rolls are some of the best I have ever tasted (and I'm very picky), service was nice, quick and friendly and it was overall a very nice time. I will definitely be back and I'm glad to know that I don't have to drive into Houston just to get good sushi!“
