“The food was delicious and our server Christian was 5 star on point with everything. The entire staff was courteous and friendly,They also had a great location for families who bring their own highchair like ourselves. We frequent this location and there is always great food and service but tonight Christian put the exclamation point on another great experience. Thank you sir for all your hard work,dedication and great customer service skills in the after math of hurricane Beryl. America!!!!!!“

“Made reservations for my daughter and I to celebrate ( her son, and my grandsons ) 21st Birthday.. My Grandson is serving our country in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA 🇺🇸 MILITARY/NAVY.. Killens was my grandson's favorite restaurant, he loves the Pork Belly.. When I made the reservations I noted why we were coming there.. LAST NIGHT WAS A COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT .. Unacceptable Service.. LOUSY.. No acknowledgment of our Navy Gear worn for our celebrations.. No thank you for your service 🇺🇸.. NOTHING ... How DISRESPECTFUL...It was so horrible that even when we got our cocktails, my Expresso Martini was delivered to the table, my daughter got nothing.. Her drink came several minutes later!!! Unbelievable .. Everything was SLOW, Unattended and definitely Uncaring.. The food server was argumentative.. He had something to say about everything and he was far from efficient.. When I asked for a cocktail straw, the food server felt like he had to give me a tutorial on how people drink martinis, EXCUSE ME.. Are you kidding me?? I took it as long as I could and finally I said to the food server, “ YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY THE WORST FOOD SERVER , YOU ARE JUST AWFUL I don't even want to look at you anymore “ I requested a MANAGER,, The food server spent minutes within the eye view of our table explaining his case to the manager.. I turned around and signaled for the manager to come to our table.. Our family regularly dines at Killens, we know the quality of the food and the service.. The Manager was very apologetic, and the young lady that was the food server for the table next to ours Asia was kind polite and accommodating although the night was RUINED I lost my appetite completely... The manager comped our dinner.. We were offered dessert as well but declined.. The manager did come back to our table when we were getting ready to depart.. The manager's name is Rich Brown.. Rich said that he would make our next experience better ... I don't know if we will give Killens another chance..“

“I had a doctors appointment today and for lunch I decided to come here. I ordered a sirloin, salad, and fries. It’s was absolutely delicious. The service was excellent, everyone was nice, respectful, and made me feel welcomed. I suggest this place.“

“Our fav steakhouse in the League City, TX area. Food, staff & atmosphere are 5-star. We eat there at least 1-2x/month. Collin, restaurant manager, is so kind, personal, welcoming & always jumps in to help when restaurant is busy. You will not be disappointed.“
