Bojangles Reviews
Today my family and I chose Bojangles for lunch. My youngest is 18 months old and has recently started tantrums. While we waited for our order, he started screaming and crying. I went to the counter and asked if we could have our food to-go instead because we didn't want to bother other customers in the restaurant. Momma T and Kiki both quickly brought out a little cup of whipped cream for my kids and, "no, you deserve to sit down and have a good lunch." My wife almost started...read full review
I tried to order your food from DoorDash. The picture shows a box of bone-in fried chicken, mac & cheese, and dirty rice. However, you don't actually offer ANY of those items in this region. You only sell boneless chicken, slaw, and fries. Yes, your biscuits are delicious, but I am so disappointed that you refuse to offer your full menu. I will go back to Popeye's.
Great service and incredible food! Soooooo yummy! This place is a gift from God!

Bojangles is a busy, clean restaurant with a good atmosphere and a nice crew. The food, including the 3 piece chicken combos, fries, and biscuits, is fresh and delicious. The manager, Momma T, provides exceptional customer service and can customize orders with enthusiasm. For a spicy kick, try their jalapeño ranch as a dipper. Many customers enjoy the food, finding it to be a tasty change from typical options, and some appreciate having a location nearby where they can enjoy breakfast or other meals they never tire of. However, there have been occasional issues, such as unprofessional service or slippery floors, and not all fries are consistently fresh. Overall, Bojangles remains a popular spot for good chicken and sides.
