Dunkin' Donuts in Frisco

“I give this location a 5 because of service. I’ve been going to the Duckin’ franchise for years now and I know fast food chains, some restaurants and whatnot aren’t perfect. They mess up on orders every now and then…but so far, Dunkin’ only messed up my order twice. I would go in or call customer service and they never hesitate to fix it and sometimes will go over and beyond to make sure they fulfill my needs. I can’t speak for all locations but this location, staff is professional and efficient. They keep the area clean. If you haven’t been to Dunkin’, then you’re missing out, especially if you love coffee like me. I love Dunkin’ and one of my fav items is a seasonal drink during Halloween, the iced coffee/latte with ube. But I love a lot their classics and I like to mix it up. Their iced coffee in my opinion is by far the best but to each their own. Till then, let’s sit!“

From the moment I walked in, I felt like royalty. The team was on point — friendly, fast, and clearly running the show like pros. My drink? PERFECTION. ✨ They nailed my large iced coffee with espresso and all the sweet extras like it was crafted by coffee angels themselves.

The vibe was immaculate, my order was ready before I even finished scrolling TikTok, and everything tasted like joy in a cup.

Huge shoutout to the crew for making my morning (and probably my entire week). If you’re thinking about stopping by — don’t walk, RUN.

“I went through this Dunkin’ drive-thru on National Coffee Day because rewards members get a free coffee with any purchase, and it was the best experience! The staff at this Dunkin’ were amazing—especially Felicia, who was as sweet as can be! She had the biggest smile on her face and made sure I had everything I needed before leaving—including a sample of their new matcha coming out soon (which was delicious, by the way)!! My coffee and donut were both sooo good, and I would definitely recommend this Dunkin’ location to anyone wanting to try it out. 10/10!“

She had bad response to my questions , leaving me hanging for a very long time. I was so disappointed and even coming there. She pretended to be a manager and she was not I end up not putting my Order in and driving off.“
