“The establishment looked nice and well-maintained. The interior of the restaurant was clean. When I visited for dinner, the night was super cold. There was not much customers in the restaurant. I enjoyed the very quiet dinner there. The server was super friendly, polite and helpful. The T-bone steak was ordered and the medium rare was asked. However, it looked like and tasted like well-done. The omelette was quite salty. As expected, the food was very greasy.
I enjoyed the dining environment at the night and gave the credit to the great service. But the food was just fine.“
“Takeina was amazing! Her friendly confidence makes you feel comfortable and confident you will be taken care of! I’m a difficult person sometimes to wait on bc of diet restrictions. She didn’t make me feel dumb for asking if a substitution was possible and eagerly showed her trainee Mark how to deal with ppl like me. LOL The food came out almost perfect and when my eggs weren’t cooked correctly she swiftly fixed it and my other food never got cold. Props to the kitchen for kicking it out and supporting this great server. IHOP is lucky to have an obviously seasoned Professional Server. Keep up being awesome Takeina and Mark, you are doing great! 🥰“
“We came in at midnight to celebrate our son turning 10. Our waiter, John, went above and beyond, i mean i have never seen such amazing service! I.mean blown away! Thank you so much, highly highly recommend! Midnight birthday celebration! They gave him a free cake, song, hot chocolate, 2 free kid meals, and 2 free ice creams, one for his little brother and sister! Amazing, thank you! And thank you to the sweet strangers thatt came to sing for him, they were here eating and decided to come help make his birthday even more special!😮🙏🥹🥳❤️🎁✨ IHOP“
