“This place has really improved. We came here a year ago and were disappointed with all of the options. Our recent visit was completely different. They have improved the recipe for the Karhai, nihari, and grilled items. Get the boneless chicken karhais. Good the Lahori fish as that always has a bit of a smell here (maybe the type of fish they use). But overall, a much better experience and happy to have come again“

“Chicken biryani is common, but good chicken biryani is not. Nizam’s does it right.

The chicken dum biryani is flavorful and well cooked. The chicken is soft, juicy, and absorbs the masala properly. It’s not dry, not rubbery, and not drowned in oil or spice. The taste stays balanced from start to finish.

The rice is light, aromatic, and cooked perfectly. Masala is mixed evenly, so every bite tastes the same. Spice level is just right — flavorful without being too strong.

Other food items are also done well. Nothing feels rushed or greasy. Flavors are clean and portions are fair. The kitchen focuses on doing simple things correctly.

Overall, Nizam’s is a reliable place for good chicken biryani and well-made food. No hype — just honest taste and consistency.“

“Absolutely loved our experience here — a true slice of Kerala on a plate. The combo meal with fish curry, beef dry fry, moru curry, pickle, achar, and payasam was spot on. The mackerel fry and anchovy fry were crispy, flavorful, and tasted just like back home. The pulisseri tied everything together beautifully with its homely, soulful touch — every bite felt nostalgic. The snacks — medhu vada, ullivada, sukhiyan, and neyyappam — were pure comfort food. Perfectly done, crispy outside and soft inside, with authentic flavors in every bite. What truly stood out was the warmth of the place. Chef Sanu clearly cooks with heart, and the staff were humble, attentive, and genuinely welcoming — the kind of hospitality that makes you want to return. “Good ambiance and Food classic cuisine“

“A friend of mine introduced me to Signature Cuisine while I was looking for a venue for my newborn son’s Aqeeqah ceremony. I was already a big fan of their Nihari, but I never imagined how amazing the entire event experience would be!
From the food and service to the atmosphere and cleanliness, everything was outstanding. The food was fresh, served at the perfect temperature, and our guests were extremely happy. Even the restrooms and overall facility were exceptionally well maintained.
A very special appreciation goes to the new management, especially Mr. Samad. He treated our event like it was his own. His energy, attention to detail, and personal involvement took everything to another level. Plus, he sang couple of songs for me, great voice.
As a professional DJ who has worked at many events and venues, I can genuinely say that I rarely see a crowd this satisfied with the food, service, and overall atmosphere.
