Store is really just an embarrassment to the brand. Orders are wrong consistently. Items in orders are missing. Almost always out of an ingredient (I mean go to Walmart and get lettuce). No customer service skills. Go to any other Panera. Like I now do.
This time, we tried the Ciabatta and Bagel flat, the taste was good for Ciabatta, and only bagel flat was ok, but it would be better to add a special sauce as the other one. The app to order dine-in was simple. As for the place was basically clean. It was our first time, per other reviews, I think could be some inconsistent in service wise. I will try again next time.

Two reasons for 1st time visit here; location near mall for later errands and try new place offering discount as loyalty club member if ordered online with their app. We have eaten at their other locations in Collin county. Good deal. Food was ready when we arrived. Good choice of turkey chili with roll. Just enough. Check out the samples of cookies available. More than enough samples to take care of dessert.
